We specialize in fitting saddles! Bring your horse to our store for a fitting. We have an outdoor round pen you and your horse can use to try out saddles. Our sales associates will make sure you leave J & B Western Store with the perfect saddle for you.
Can't bring your horse? Take the saddle home. If it doesn't fit, return it within 24 hours.

RETURN POLICY:Please call our toll-free number 1-877-207-5588 first for a Return Authorization number. For items received as described, a refund of the final invoice price ( minus stores original shipping and handling charges) will be issued. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items. Refunds will not be issued for damaged merchandise--all merchandise purchased will be inspected upon return and a fair value price for any wear noted will be deducted from your return total, if there is no wear noted, full purchase price minus fees listed above will be issued. All returns must be made within 7 business days of delivery to you. Merchandise returned must be in original box with all original packing materials. Return Authorization number must be written on outside of box and on your explanation of reason for return inside of the box.
